1. Shipping Eligibility
We offer international shipping to most countries and regions. We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipping to certain addresses or countries due to logistics limitations, local policies, safety concerns or other reasons.
2. Processing Time
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing, verification, packaging and handing over to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from delivery time and may be extended during promotions, holidays, inventory shortages or force majeure events.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only, calculated from the date of shipment. They are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to:

Public holidays, peak seasons or weather conditions

Incomplete or incorrect recipient information

We do not bear liability for delays caused by the above factors.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, selected shipping method and order value. Fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to ordered products passes to the buyer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft after the carrier has accepted the shipment.
6. Address Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for providing accurate, complete and valid delivery information. Any failed delivery, extra surcharge, return or loss caused by incorrect address, missing information, unreachable recipient or refusal to accept the package shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, quarantine fees and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

All such duties, taxes and related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We declare packages in accordance with international shipping rules and order value. We do not accept requests for under-declaration, mis-declaration or false description to avoid duties.

We are not responsible for customs delays, storage fees, fines, package detention, return or confiscation caused by the buyer’s failure to cooperate with customs or pay required duties. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Package Status
Delivery status is updated by the carrier. We will provide a tracking number where available, but we do not control carrier updates or delivery progress. If a package shows as delivered but is not received, the buyer shall first contact the local postal service or carrier for investigation.
9. Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, incorrect address or customs rejection:

The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, customs-related fees and handling charges.

We reserve the right to deduct such costs from any potential refund.

We may refuse refunds for abandoned or unreasonably unclaimed packages.
10. Changes or Interception
Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted, intercepted, cancelled or modified. Any attempt to intercept a package may result in additional fees, which shall be borne by the buyer.
